If you purchased a new instalment policy between 25 Sep 2025 - 17 Oct 2025 and your first debit date falls between 18/10/2025 and 23/10/2025, you may experience a slight delay due to a planned system upgrade. As a result, your payment will be processed slightly later, on or around 24/10/2025.
