GoWeigh Terms and Conditions

CIL CARAVAN & RV AND GOWEIGH PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS 

PARTICIPATION

  1. This promotion is conducted by GoWeigh Pty Ltd ABN 47 616 566 581 (1300 664 469) of 10783 Warrego Hwy, Charlton QLD and AAI Limited ABN 48 005 297 807 trading as CIL Insurance (1800 950 351) of Level 23, 80 Ann Street, Brisbane QLD (“Promoters”).
  2. By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions. All instructions issued by the Promoters form part of these terms.
  3. Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who consent to receive marketing from the Promoters during the Promotion Period and who are not employees (or immediate family) of the Promoters or associated agencies (“Eligible Entrants”).
  4. The Promotion commences at 1 June 2026 AEST and closes at 5:00pm AEST on 13th July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
  5. ENTRY & ELIGIBILITY
  6. To receive a free GoWeigh Weigh and Report (valued at $58 AU), an Eligible Entrant must quote the words ‘GoWeigh’ when they call and purchase a new CIL Caravan & RV Insurance policy during the Promotion Period (renewals excluded).
  7. Eligible Entrants will receive an email from CIL with a GoWeigh promotional link
  8. Eligible Entrants must complete the GoWeigh online form to receive a single‑use redemption code, and complete your GoWeigh registration form by 5:00pm AEST on 13th July 2026. Valid for one caravan or RV weighing only. Codes:
    a. are non‑transferable and not redeemable for cash;
    b. must be redeemed within 120 days of issue of GoWeigh single use redemption code;
    c. are subject to availability and GoWeigh’s verification processes.
  9. To redeem the offer, Eligible Entrants must:
    a. use the promotional link sent via email;
    b. complete the GoWeigh online form;
    c. redeem the issued code at a participating GoWeigh location; and
    d. receive their weighing report at the time of service.
  10. Only one (1) weighing report is permitted per insured vehicle. If the offer is not redeemed within the required timeframe, it will be forfeited.
  11. A maximum of 500 GoWeigh Weigh and Reports are available under this Promotion, strictly while stocks last.
  12. GENERAL
  13. AAI Limited trading as CIL Insurance is the product issuer. Read the relevant Product Disclosure Statement and Target Market Determination before purchasing insurance (available at cilinsurance.com.au).
  14. The Promoters may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.
  15. The Promoters may disqualify any Eligible Entrant who breaches these terms or engages in improper conduct.
  16. Nothing in these terms limits any rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  17. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters exclude liability for any loss arising from participation in this Promotion. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
  18. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platform.
  19. PRIVACY & MARKETING
  20. Personal information is collected to administer the Promotion and may be disclosed to service providers and related companies in accordance with the Promoters’ Privacy Policy.
  21. By entering, Eligible Entrants consent to receiving marketing communications during the Promotion Period and agree not to opt out during that time.
