COVID-19 does not change your CIL Insurance cover. As always, we don’t cover intentional loss or damage caused by you or someone you allow to use your caravan, or any reckless acts.

How long could my insurance claim take during the COVID-19 situation?
Your claim may take longer to process during this time. You may experience longer than usual call wait times for existing claim enquiries. However, you can still check the status of your claim online via Your Claim Manager portal.
